The other day I was struck by this passage:
Deuteronomy 5:29 (KJV) 29 O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
This is the reason God does all He does for us. This is the reason He asks us to do everything…”so that it might be well with [us], and with [our] children for ever!
